| Conference Vendors & Guests Vendors are an important part of the annual conference and conference attendees get to meet face-to-face with fire-service related companies and representatives. KSAFC welcomes vendors and their guests to join us at the banquet on Saturday. Please purchase a banquet ticket for each person attending from your company. Display set-up is 1-5 pm, Thursday. Is your spouse or a guest accompanying you to the conference? Sign them up for the Spouse/Guest Program - Vendors. |
Vendor Booth - Options Inside Booth Package 1 - $125.00 Includes one inside 10x10 space w/1 table, 2 chairs, and 1 outside display spaces. Inside Booth Package 2 - $225.00 Includes two inside 10x10 display spaces w/2 tables, 2 chairs, and 2 outside display spaces. Q. Do you have to be a KSAFC member to attend the conference?
A. No. The conferences are open to members and non-members. If you would like to be on our mailing list for conference notifications, contact us and let us know: Chief Bill Walker, KSAFC Sec/Treas, ksafc1@gmail.com or 620-364-2305.
Q. How much does it cost to attend the conference?
A. Conference registration costs are broken down so you can make choices about what you would like to participate in at the conference. Registration options include the whole conference, just the seminars, extra banquet tickets, social outing (golf or trap shooting or other activity), spouse's program, etc. Other costs may include cash bar, raffle ticket donations, drawing entries, KSAFC apparel (members only), etc.
Q. What happens at the conference?
A. The 2-3 day conference is primarily an opportunity for members to get together to attend seminars on fire-service related topics, conduct business at the annual membership meeting, elect new officers, recognize members with awards, raise funds for the orgianization through an auction at the banquet, and provide a chance for conference attendees to visit with a variety of vendors who offer fire service related products and services.
Q. What if my spouse or significant other wants to attend the conference, too?
A. The conference also provides social opportunities for members and others to meet in a non-formal setting and usually includes a planned outing for spouses and significant others of members who do not participate at the conference.
