| Website Advertising Policies |
Advertisement Placement
Any advertising made available on the KSAFC website is at the sole discretion of KSAFC. Current ad space is available in the farthest right column of selected Web pages and are posted from top to bottom on a first-come, first-served basis.

Multiple Page Ads
Advertisers may purchase ads on multiple pages. The cost per each ad is to be added for a total advertisement cost. Placement of ads will be per Advertisement Placement (above).
Advertisement Payment
All advertisements will be prepaid in U.S. Dollars, in full, for the desired Run Time. No advertisement will be posted until payment has been received. Forms of payment accepted include check, Money Order, or Cashier's Check made payable to KSAFC and must accompany your advertisement order form.
New Sustaining Membership Offer
Become a new KSAFC Sustaining Member and receive ONE FREE MONTH of advertising with your paid order. Sustaining Membership dues are $25.00 per year. Complete the BONUS section of the Ad Order Form and include your dues with your ad payment to receive your free bonus month of advertising.
This offer applies for NEW Sustaining memberships only.
Ad Size and Run Time Options
> Large ad includes 10 lines of text; small ad includes 5 lines of text.
> Text size: copy is Arial, 10 px for copy; header is Arial, 12 px, bold.
> All prices are in U.S. dollars and must be prepaid.
> Month following expiration is free with KSAFC Membership Offer.
Company Logo Option
Your company logo makes a nice addition to your advertisement and can be added at no additional cost. Your company logo that appears in the ad space REPLACES lines of text.
Advertisers wishing to display a logo as part of an ad must provide a logo in an acceptable electronic format (jpg, png, or bmp file only) to the KSAFC Webmaster via email attachment. Display size will not exceed 160 pixels wide--please be sure your logo will display properly at that size. KSAFC will not be responsible for depreciation of visual quality of logos that do not display properly at a smaller size.
Height of logo may not exceed the maximum line space of your purchased ad size (logo height replaces line space).
Advertisement Renewal
Ads not renewed prior to expiration of run time will be removed from the website and remaining ads will move up the column.
An advertisement reinstated after removal will be placed in the next available, lowest spot on the page(s) selected.
Advertising Cancellation & Refunds
For confirmation and record-keeping, written notice of cancellation is required to remove your advertisement from the KSAFC website. This notice may be provided via U.S. Mail or electronic mail to ksafc1@gmail.com
No refunds will be given for discontinued advertising.
