KSAFC Membership Details
Paid Service Membership: This membership is designed for full-time, paid fire service professionals, including Fire Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, Officers, and administrative or operational staff who are employed by a fire department or fire district. Annual dues for this membership is set at $100.
Volunteer Service Membership: This membership is for Fire Chiefs, officers, and staff who serve in a volunteer, paid-per-call, or non-paid capacity within a recognized fire department or district. Annual dues for this membership is set at $60.
Affiliate Member: This membership includes individuals with agencies who support the mission and objectives of the Association and have an interest in, or affiliation with, the Kansas fire service. Affiliate Members shall be entitled to all the privileges of the Association including voting rights. Annual dues for this membership is set at $100.
Lifetime Member: The executive board may approve individuals who have rendered outstanding service to the Association as a Lifetime member. This membership shall be granted by a majority vote of the executive board. Lifetime members shall be entitled to all the privileges of the Association except those of voting and holding office.
Senior Member: Any retired and/or former Active Members who have served as Active members as defined in Section 2 of this article. Senior Members shall be entitled to all the privileges of the Association including voting rights. Annual dues for Senior Members are set at $10.
